Hi ALL,
I am on OPT and pending appealed declined NIW (so basically I was on OPT+EAD and my NIW got declined, and I appealed for it and that put me in this strange status)
My employer applied for H1B with consulate notification. It was approved yesterday. I have two questions and appreciate your help to clarify them:
1-Can I go for consulate interview in Summer or should I leave immediately.
2-Are the stamping and visa process done immediately or it is like a standard visa process which could takes months!
since I am from Iran and typically the clearance process talkes long for Iranian, I am afraid I stock out of US for long.
I do appreciate your help on this.
