I need to travel to singapore for business visit in feb for a week can i go to us embassy in singapore for visa stamping? or should i have to go to my home country (india) for visa stamping?

in general how long does it take for visa stamping? is it done on the same day as interview?

what are the chances of my successful visa stamping or should i delay my business visit to singapore and start my h1b visa renewal process first and then go to singapore?

any suggestion will be helpful
