Hi,
I appeared for my first time H1 interview in India in dec 2012 and got the 221 (G) white slip. Immidiately after that I applied for H4 and came back to the US in Jan 2013 the same employer of mine (desi consultant) filed for my COS from H4- H1 and it was approved (got I-797) in April 2012. After that my client and location changed in June 2012 and my employer filed a new LCA but not the H1 b amended petition for change of client/location.
I am flying to india next week (due to family related matters) and will have to go for stamping again with all the other documents (Original I-129, Original I-797A, Client Letter, Vendor Agreement, Employer Letter, new LCA) except the H1B amended petition.
What are the chances of my visa rejection this time?
Thank You.
