H1 B Stamping

Hi,

I have got H1 B petition from company A and got my visa stamped from Chennai for company A. I am in India now and I got offer from comapny B which is ready to process my H1B . Once my H1B petition is approved from company B, I want to go for visa stamping for company B. Will there be any complications as I have a valid visa from company A which I never used and going for visa stamping for company B. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
