I am working for comapany A. I am currently in USA on Business visa for 2 months for company A.Campany B is ready to sponser my H1B. If company applies to H1B petition to INS, is there any problem in getting the H1B approval for company B? I would like to go back to India within 2months and want to get H1 visa stamp for company B. Will that be ok?
