    ON STEM when to apply for H1B??

    Hi All,

    I am currently on my OPT 17-month STEM Extension.It will end on June 23,2014.
    Can I apply for my H1B in April 2014 under premium processing? Will I be eligible for Cap-Gap?
    Or is it advisible to apply in April 2013?

    please help.
