H1B Visa Transfer with new Role

Hi

I have H1B Visa with Company "A" with Computer Programmer Role , If I want to change H1B Transfer with company "B" with Different Job Title ( Business analyst OR QA Tester ) , So Is it any problem with new Company H1B transfer with new role- Job title. or It should be same Title with H1B Transfer case.

Please advise me.
