Need information - H1B transfer - half pay checks

Current status : H1B visa

Present situtation : I work in a startup. Due to some reasons, for the past two months the company is paying me half salary and the other half in stock-options. I got a new offer from a different company and they are interested in starting the H1B transfer. New company asked me to send the latest paystub (which shows only half salary) to do h1b transfer.

Question : Will I get into any trouble during H1B transfer process as the pay stubs show only half salary ? If so how can I handle this situation ?

Your pay stubs should show alternate forms of payments, be it stock options or otherwise. You will need that for tax filing anyway.
