H4 can travel alone in this case.

Hi,
My wife got the h4 visa from my previous employeer. Now i got the opportunity from PRI. my plan is first i will travel to U.S and later my wife will come to U.S alone by H4 visa, Can she travel to U.S alone on H4 visa which was stamped by my previous employeer? Do i need to transfer her H4 as well?
