Let me describe my case
I have visa stamped till Mar-2014 with Company A. Company B has filled transferred on regular processing on 26 Dec 2012 and I joined Company B on 2nd Jan 2013. On 24th Jan 2013 my wife and son flew to India. Today I came to know that REF has been raised on 25th Jan 2013(next day after my wife flew).
Below are my questions,
1. Is it legal to work in US
2. My wife and son are coming back on 7th Mar 2013, is it ok if they come before my transfer gets approved?
3. Is there a chance of getting rejected? Have you ever come to know of h1b transfer rejection?
4. Can I Company C file another transfer on top of ongoing transfer?
