Can i travel during my H1B extension Filing
Hi Team,
I have applied my H1B extension premium processing and it has been filled now after i got RFE, now my situation is very critical that my company is asking me to come back to india with in a week, so if i travel before my H1B decision, what will be the status of the extension, My last date of 194 has expired too on Jan7th 2013. Is there a possiblility for my Extension to get approved. Kindly help me on this
