I have got my H1B stamping recently, now i need to apply visa to be my wife who would be travelling with me as dependent, can somebody please assist on the process ?
Do we need to have any petition to be filed by my employer?
Any documents required from my employer?
IS there any I129 document or I797 ?
So far i m thinking below are the process to get the H4 visa done.
Fill up DS160, pay visa fees, setup appointment in ustraveldocs site, please confirm or verify ?
when setting up appointment Principal applicant would be my name(h1b holder),
petitioner name would be my H1b Sponsering company name? and other petitioner details like start and end date would be same as in my I797?
