H1B visa requirements

Hi,

I've done M.sc in Electronics and I've 1 year experience in Software. Could I apply for H1B if i got any offer from software company? Or if I got any business proposal ??

You will need to get an educational evaluation done to show that your education is equivalent to a 4 year US Bachelor's degree or higher. If a US employer offers you a job, they can get it done. Moreover, the job must require at least a Bachelor's degree.
