I transfered my H1B from one employer to another in Sept 2012.

Our US Visa stamping and I-94 is valid till Sept 2013.
Now my dependents want to visit India for one month and will be back in April 2013.

Do they need to go for Visa stamping even the they have valid visa till sept 2013?

What document they need to carry during their travel to India?

No they can use the same Visa with new H1 petition to return. When does the new H1 petition expire? Does it have I-94 at the bottom of approval notice?

Yes, we I have new I-94 attached to the bottom of Approval notice.

Do you see any issues while re-entering USA for dependent when the primary holder has valid H1B status?
