H4 Visa Grace Period to travel upon approval

Hi ,

My wife got her H4 stamped last month and she might travel to US in Mid-March .Is there any specific deadline given for travelling upon visda approval ,usually its 90 days for F1 visa and i am not sure what is the time frame for H4 . Please let me know , response is greatly appreciated.

There is no such deadline. Not even for F1 Visa.
