    H1B visa - Leaving for good!!!

    Hi I am on H1b visa. I am planning to quit my job and leave US for good. I also have to serve the notice period for one month as per my employment contract. Let's say 28th Feb is my last day of the employment, how much time do I have to leave the country. I heard USCIS may give us 10 days to leave the country. What happens if my employer cancels my H1B immediately before I leave? I just want to make sure I have enough time to warp up the things before I book my return ticket Thank you

    Technically you have zero days after last day at work. But practically, a few days (max 1 week) is okay.

      That means, I will have the leave the country on my last day of employment only? Can I confirm this with USCIS?
