New H1B - Canadian Citizen - Need Help
Recently received H1b approval, that is valid from Oct 1, 2005, Canadian citizens don't need visa. If I go to border I need I-94. I have following questions.
1) What are the documents they will ask at the border?
2) How many days before we can enter US(valid from OCT 01)?
3) Can I apply SSN on same day I enter or we have to wait couple of days?
4) I don't have US address, after entering Can I give Canadian address for SSN?
5) What are the chances of rejecting VISA? I have 7 years IT exp with master degree in Economics.I have comp diplomas and certifications..
