    Location change

    Hi,

    Currently I am working for a client for the last 5 months. Now they are planning to change the location, but not my roles or responsibilities. Nothing will change but just the address. In fact we are moving to a location just streets away from the current one. This is because the lease on our current office building is expiring soon. In this case Do I need to amend my LCA and H1 or just LCA?

    Please reply.

    Your employer will have to file a new LCA and amend the petition.
