H1B - Change a job AFTER H1B approval but BEFORE H1B start date i.e. October 2013.
My current status :- OPT/EAD extension (Expires in December 2013)
My employer will file H1B for the FIRST time this April 1st 2013. If I get a better opportunity, is it legal and advisable to change a job AFTER H1B approval but BEFORE H1B start date i.e. October 2013.
If Company A has already filed my H1B and now company B is much better company, can I ask company B as well to file my H1 in case quotas are not full ?
In case quotas are full, I may have to do H!B transfer, so again comes the same question, can I start working immediately on H1B transfer approval and do not wait until October 1st.
