H4 status, H1B valid :Can Transfer?

My spouse has valid H1B visa but due to location constraint she is travelling with me on H4. Can she search for a job there in US and transfer H1 to new empployer? Her H1 is valid till October 2014.

yes she can.
She need to find her job.
New employer will take care of her H1B transfer.
