I've few questions regarding my H-1B visa processing.
I'm presently on my OPT/F-1 visa. My OPT expires in February 2014. I'm planning to apply my H-1B on April 1st 2013 under premium processing.
After my H-1B is approved[assuming to know the status within a week under premium process] does it mean my OPT/F-1 is cancelled??? Is H-1B effective immediately on approval or would it be effective from October 2013?
Can i travel India and come back during May-June 2013 after on my OPT even after i have the approval of H-1??? And when i travel is it i have to do the stamping and come back to USA???
Please help me with this. Would appreciate your help.
