H1B Transfer - Company A to B denied. Can i apply in Company C thru PP

Started H1b Transfer from Company A to Company B by in Regular process. Got RFE, responded to RFE and its Denied.
Working in Company B for last 4 months using Recept # and having pay stub.

I am currently in US. Can I apply new H1 transfer in Company C thru Premium Processing and Is it legal to stay in US now.

or else what are the option available for me. I have valid i94 thru Company A till this year e

I think you can apply for new h1 transfer but its difficult to find a new company who will do that. Coz now more risk of rejection. Try to find a company who is having good reputation.

What is the suggestion of Company B?

As per my understanding if transfer is rejected you have to leave US. Not sure on this.
