H1B VISA following Name Change

Hello All,

I'm thinking of applying for H1B VISA and I'm an Indian. In my education certificates, driving license, voter ID card, PAN card, my name has few dissimilarities. So I removed my initials thus change of Last name. (e.g. It was Stephen Joe D S and now its changed to Stephen (first name) Joe (Last Name). I've gazatte notification, news paper Advt and I got my fresh passport with new name, got changed Driving License, Voter ID and PAN cards. But educational certificate has old name.

What are the documents that I have to produce/keep in hand for PA? Do I have to change change name in my certificates?

I don't think u need to change the certificates as passport and DL are neccesary for identity.
could you please give me more details on where u did publish and name change etc...

I am on H1-B visa in Austin,TX and my name is toooo long as "Revathikumari krishna **** **" and now i want to make it short as "Revathi(first name) Wells(husband last name)".
please let me know what all the documents required.??
where to publish in USA news paper and court publish etc?
