H1->H4->H1 transition question..need urgent help

Hello, I have recently been laid off while I was on H1B. My H4 application was filed about 3 weeks ago. Fortunately I have another company willing to hire and premium process my H1B, but since my h4 is currently pending, do I have to wait till a decision is sent by USCIS or do I have another way to get through my H1B process? Please advise.
