Regarding H1B

Hi,

I am Srikanth. My F1 visa got rejected twice 5 years ago. Reason for rejection might be fruadulent documents. During visa interview they did not even check my documents. By observing my body langauage and my confidence levels during interview, they would have rejected visa. Now I have got 5 years of IT experience, I have completed my PG(MBA) also in INDIA and planning to apply H1 visa. My Past visa rejections will have any impact on this. Please clarify me.

That really depends upon whether you had fraudulent documents at that time or not.
