Query about travel plans with H1 b

Hi,
I have H1 b visa from my employer A till June 30 2013. My new employer B will start visa processing (H1) for my new job that will be starting in July 2013 from this month
My concern is if I travel to India before my visa expires in June, will I face any problems at immigration with I -94?
How early should I be back in USA before my current visa expires?

I don't see any problem.

You can enter the U.S. even on the last day of your H1 visa stamp validity, as long as you have a valid job on H1 visa available (for which H1B petition has been approved) once you enter.

Yes, my current job is till June2013. The next will start in July, for which my employer will start the visa process in April.
