H4 Important

Hi,

I am in H1b. I was working for Company ZZZ. Recently, I switched company to YYY. My passport has the Visa stamped for Company YYYY (1st company). I recently got married. My wife is in India. I am planning to apply for her H4. Company YYY (2nd company) is sponsoring her H4. So, is it required for me to be with her during H4 stamping provided that I have a different company (ZZZ) stamped in my Passport. Can she get stamped on Company YYY and I remain in YYYY stamping ? I know that I can be in multiple petition without having to re-stamp again.

Please help.

H4 Visa is not sponsored by anybody. You don't need a new Visa for yourself and all your wife needs is the H1 petition (from your current employer) to apply for her H4 Visa.
