Hi All,
I recently got an extension for my H1B visa till 2016 and am planning to travel India to get the visa stamped. However, my passport is valid only till 2015. Will this be any issue for stamping the visa till 2016.
Do i need to fill anything differently in the DS-160 form for the intended years of stay? I presently added 3 years as the intended years of stay. As my passport is valid only till 2015, am not sure what to do?
I appreciate if you can share your experiences with me,
