Hello Guys,
Need your advice on this issue
Im on H1b working for Company X and My wife was with consultancy Company Y and her last date of employment was on Feb 20th 2013
I requested my Company X to help me with my spouses H4 and they are currently reviewing Documents
I was wondering what status is my wife under now?
I know if my company applies for change of status she is in valid status but not sure about which status is she in now ?
Is there a grace period ? seems like my wifes company notified uscis on her last date of employment but not sure about H1b termination ( am asuming both are different ,, am i right ?)
