H1B Validity. Change of Employer

Hello Everyone,

I got my H1B visa in Feb 2013 (Sponsorer being my companies US entity). Now, i would like to move to a different organizantion in India.

Is there any rule with H1B, that the person should retain with the sponsorer for a min of 1year.

Or

i can move to a different organizantion and get my h1b transfered, if yes, what is the procedure that i need to follow(documents, precautions..etc) and will the Visa still be valid?..or i should get it restamped on the name of the new employer.

Can some one suggest me on this.
