I have a Valid Fresh H1B till September 2014. I got it stamped on Dec 11th 2012.
Also i have a H4 Visa which got stamped in Oct 2011 is valid till Nov 2013.
Now Im in a situation to take up LWP for 6 months for child care and join my husband in onshore.
So can i use my H4 visa now?
Also, my child has two H4 Visa, one is from my husband which is valid till Nov 2013 and another one is thru myself valid till Sep 2014.
Kindly let me know whether we could travel using our H4 visa. Also please note that there is nothing mentioned in H4 visa like cancelled or Rejected but im not sure whether they have rejected our H4 Visa in their system.
Kindly give us an valid update on this!
Have planned to travel this weekend which should not be a problem at the port of entry.
