Hi ,
I am working in USA under a company for 5 years as a full time and worked as consultant before that and now I decided to leave this and join the new company as consultant upon H1-transfer. I have all document and extension copy till 2015 sep also got stamped in india till 2015. i don't have I-140 receipt copy since my current employer doesnot provide that but i have that receipt number and I-140 immigrant petition through FOIA. Can I transfer my H1 to other consulting company.?. Does I-140 receipt copy require for H1 transfer? .I completed 6 years in USA.
