L1 I94 expiring on 3/11/2013 and H1 applied on old approved petition

Hi,

I have a old approved H1 petition which was never used.

My L1 I94 is expiring on March-11/2013 from Employer A. Employer B applied my H1 on 3/5/2013 on my old approved petition in premium mode.

My Question is:

1. Am i legal to stay and work if my L1 I94 expires on 3/11/2013 and with PIN number with no result on H1?
2. Am i legal to stay and work if my L1 I94 expires on 3/11/2013 and get RFE on applied H1?
