Query on Transfer on H1B(with stamping done) to new Employer.

Hi,

I am working with Company A.
Company A filed for my H1B, petition was approved in October 2012 and I got visa stamped.
But now the company says it will not be sending me for another 10 months.

I need to check if I get a job in Company B, can my stamped H1B be used for sending me to US from Company B.
Note that I have Original I-797C(Notice of Action) given by Company A and Xerox copy of my I-129 and H1B forms filled by Company A.

Also if I put my resignation to Company A, can they cancel my H1B and it goes useless for US travel.

Plese help experts.
