H1B petition filling when H4 extension is still in process.
HI,
Company X is reay to file my H1B petition. We have applied for my spouse H1b extension and my H4 etenstion which would expire in Aug 2013 in March. This may take a month more and it would extended as it is filled by one of the top company.
Can I apply my H1B in april 1st 2013 in normal processing with the H4 extension file No and move it to Premium processing once we get the extension approved? Also, is it trues that while upgrading to PP again all the documents are submited , so I can I submit my extension of H4 as well?
