Hi,
I am considering joining a one year Masters Program at one of the better universities in the US. However I need to make sure about H1 eligibility before enrolling.
I have a three year undergraduate degree from India + two year associate degree from US + few years work exp. Add to that a year of masters. does that make me eligible for a H1 work visa? Does anyone know if there are any rules regarding whether the masters degree has to be two years or one year?
