Will H1B travel helps H4 approval faster??

I have attended for Visa inetrview in Chennai Consulate on Dec 28, 2012 along with ma wife n kid. We were put under Admin Processing and I got my Stamping after 20 days. My Kids H4 was stamped again afetr 4 days. My Wife's H4 Visa is still under Admin Processing and it has been almost 70days. I was waiting for all the Visas to plan our travel but now I am thinking of travelling alone and wife and kid can join later. So, If I travel to US, will that Speed up the processing of my Spouse's Visa??

Might be a stupid question .. but thinking of variopus ways...to get things done
