    L1 to H1 Conversion in case of L1 visa got expired but I-94 is valid

    Hi Friends,

    Need your expert suggestion.

    I have got L1 visa expired on Oct-2012 but I do have valid i-94 until 2015. I am eligible to work in US legally.

    I would like to convert my visa to H1. Is it possible to get H1 visa in this case?

    Please guide.
