Currently I'm in India with X company. There is another company Y in USA who is interested to file H1b for me in this year. I have following two questions --
1. If my petition get approve, but I don't want to travel to USA with company Y. Then can company Y withdraw my petition? If yes then to withdraw the petition how much money does he have to give to attorney. I just wanted to know a rough cost to withdraw a petition.
2. Lets say I have my petition and I don't go for visa stamping and next year I want to travel with same petition for company Z. So my question is can the same petition be transferred to another company?
Note: I'm paying the entire h1b visa processing fee. So I will not cheat company Y
