Does H1b approval depends on Qualification or Experience ?
Hello,
I am asking this question on behalf of my brother. His company is going to file H1 visa for him during this year. He has more than 10 years of IT experience in Lotus Domino administration but he has BA( Bechelor of Arts ) and MA ( Master in Arts ) as qualification. He is worried that whether he will get H1b visa based on his experience or there is a chance of rejection as his experience is not matching his qualification.
I would appreciate if anyone could reply me on this or share their own cases.
