H1B Visa Help

Hi,
I will be going for my H1B Visa Interview at the end of Aug 2005. My Parents are in US on green card. How can I convince the Consulate that I would return back to India. Even I don't have a property in my name, if I take a one also then they may reject saying that I have taken it for visa purpose.

Hi,
You don't have to prove an intention to come back to India when you apply for H1 visa. Infact there is an option offered by law to H1b holders to become Legal Permanent Resident if your employer is willing to file for the same. Though you don't have to volunteer to give the information at the time of Consular interview that u intend to settle in the US!
