    H4->H1

    I am presently on H4. I had an H1 2 years back. I got a job and need to transfer to H1. Do i fall under the cap or not?

    Hi,
    If it is a transfer, then cap will not apply. If its a fresh H1 that has been filed, then quota will apply.
