First time travelling on H1b, Is LCA required.
Hi,
Is LCA required at POE while travelling on H1 for the first time. I have Valid visa, I797 doc, and client letter. My company wants me to travell immediately and they said LCA can be obtained once you are in US and its not a mandatory document. so I would appreciate if you could let me know whether LCA is a mendatory document at post of entry OR is it only good to have it while travelling. Both visa and petition are going to expire in Sep13.
