Hi,
I have filed H1B on the year 2010 and i have got an RFC. My employeer failed to submit few documents because of which my visa got denied. I have a file number WAC 11 111 11111. Now i am with a new employeer. My question is whether i can apply for H1B with the same file number? Or should i fall in the 2013 CAP.
I heard that we can use the same file number for 6 years. Is this true ?
Can H1B applies using the existing file number that is denied. Can i process in premium mode and if so how long will it take to get my visa ?
