My husband is on H1 and is already in USA.
I am in India and if my employer-A files for H1 on April-2013 and if i get a EAC# sometime in July-2013.
Can i do below?
I resign employer-A after i get EAC#. I apply for H4 and go to USA sometime in Aug-2013.
Also when i apply for H4, is the EAC# still valid for applying H1?
If above is possible
1) Can i use the EAC# and get a job in USA so that after Oct-2013 i can work in USA?
If above is possible
2) what documents should i have from employer-A before going to USA?
