Hi,
I'm currently in H1 B extension. My H1 stamping in my passport was thru my Previous employer & now I changed my employer & in extension with valid I797. I'm travelling to India in April 2013, with my Wife & Daughter. I have transit in London. Do I need a direct airside visa. how long will the processing takes normally...Have anyone seen rejection in these Visa.
It will greatly appreciated, if you can give more information.
