L1 to H1b conversion

Hi All,

I was applied for L1 to h1 conversion and it was approved as consular process. So i went to india on vacation and got stamped. and parally applied for l1b extension it got rejected. my payroll is running here still i was in india on vacation. So when i was back to us on h1b, my employer need to do any changes in payroll?So my question is i entered us on my new h1b visa. so can i change any thing in my payroll?
