Transfer of approved H1B without travel to US

Hi All,

I have the approval notice for my H1B visa application, so kind of know the reciept number on my name. What i am not sure of is, if it will be possible to get it transferred to my new employer, without any travel to US(no stamping done), secondly is the I797 document required mandatorily, as the old employer might not share the same.

It is possible and I dont see any issue in the same.
You would just need your I797 approval no (Receipt No).
