If i visit India again should i go for stamping again ??

I am working a full time Job right now and my company sponsored H1b visa in 2011(Started from 2011-October). I went to India and got my stamping up to 2014 October. If i change my Job(with a new H1b from a different company) and visit India(before 2014 October) should i go for stamping again ?? I consulted a couple of consultants and they said it is not required to get the stamping again.

I know people go for stamping again but what these consultants told me is confusing. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

You don't need to apply for the Visa again.
