My wife is on H4 and her I-94 is valid until April 25th 2013. My employer has filed for my H-1 extension this week. I would like to know if I do not get an approval until end of April 2013 then I can stay as I have a pending case with immigration, but can my wife also stay or will she have to leave as her I-94 is going expire?
